SWIRL GUN FOR POWDER PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder applicator which does not use a deflector, has the function of forming an air stream, and has the function of maintaining a powder/air mixture in a more violent moving state while suppressing the damages of the interior of the powder applicator and a spray nozzle caused by the abrasion of an agglomerated powder coating material as much as possible. SOLUTION: A powder spray gun for spraying an electrically charged powder is a gun body section and is provided with the gun body section forming a surface along the axis of the gun body section and having an internal powder receiving chamber comprising a material resistant to powder impact fusion, and a replaceable output chamber communicating for fluid flow with the internal powder receiving chamber and having a powder swirl and an electrically charging chamber comprising a material resistant to abrasion caused by the powder and powder impact fusion.
