PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tableware which can be held with a hand even when it is hot immediately after being heated firstly, can be excellent in heat conductivity between the tableware and a heater and maintain heating efficiency secondly, and further can prevent the stagnation of air and moisture near a bottom lower surface thirdly. SOLUTION: Food or drink A is put in the tableware 6, it is heated by the heater from below, and many small projections 14 are successively formed on the entire bottom lower surface 15 of the tableware. Then, each projection 14 is roughly in the thick line shape of a straight line or a curve in the bottom surface view and is in similarity relation, parallel relation or crossing relation with others. Thus, each projection 14 is provided with a heat conducting function from the heater to the tableware 6 and a function of preventing contact of deformed finger flesh with the bottom lower surface 15 by the combination of the height H and the interval W when the finger is put to the tableware so as to lift it with a hand.
