METHOD AND KIT FOR DIAGNOSING PULMONARY ADENOCARCINOMA LYMPH NODE METASTASIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit for diagnosing pulmonary adenocarcinoma lymph node metastases, having superior sensitivity and/or specificity, by identifying a protein whose expression level varies specifically in a patient suffering from a pulmonary adenocarcinoma lymph node metastasis. SOLUTION: The method for diagnosing pulmonary adenocarcinoma lymph node metastases comprises a step (a) of measuring expressions of at least one or more proteins selected from a protein group represented by table 1 (not shown), in a living body origin sample extracted from an object patient to be diagnosed; and a step b of carrying out a diagnosis about the pulmonary adenocarcinoma lymph node metastases, based on a result of the measurement and the expression levels of the proteins represented by the above table 1.
