Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the space for attaching a damper and to provide a flat plate part with an energy absorbing function as well. SOLUTION: The other flat plate part 30 faces a straight part 26 and extends in the same direction with one flat plate part 18. In other words, one flat plate part 18 is close to the other flat plate part 30, and a damper 10 can be attached even if the space between structure members to be connected is narrow. So, the space for installing the damper 10 is reduced. When the flat plate part 18 and 30 are supplied with vibration (supplied with tensile force or compression force), the force is smoothly transferred to the straight part 36 through a recurved part 28 and first and second bent plate parts 22 and 24.
