Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wiring connected to a power source or an unused installation device from becoming offensive to the eye, and to mount a base part for holding a cellular phone having various shapes and sizes, by responding to the variation without changing the width of a case. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing process of an automobile, the case on which an installation device base part is mounted is embedded in a lower part of an upper surface of a dashboard, and the width of an inside of the case is one size larger than that of the installation device base part to be kept constant so as to cope with the variation of the base part within a range of its space.
