Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device forcibly circulating part of steam to a heat exchanger without using a steam ejector. SOLUTION: A steam supply pipe 2 and a fluid discharge pipe 3 are connected to the heat exchanger 1. A control valve 7 and a steam flow meter 8 are mounted on the steam supply pipe 2. The fluid discharge pipe 3 is split into a condensate discharge pipe 11 and a circulation pipe 12. A steam trap 10 is mounted on the condensate discharge pipe 11. The circulation pipe 12 is connected to a steam supply pipe 2 via a gas/liquid separator 5 and an electric steam circulation means 4. Part of the steam supplied from the steam supply pipe 2 to the heat exchanger 1 is condensed to be condensate, forms a mixed fluid together with part of steam and flows down the fluid discharge pipe 3. Steam from which the condensate is separated by the gas/liquid separator 5 of the circulation pipe 12, is forcedly circulated to the heat exchange 1 from the electric steam circulation means 4.
