Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing bittern-containing drinking water by which the bitterness peculiar to the bittern is reduced as possible to make the drinking water pleasantly drinkable, the compatibility with other components is improved, and the simplification of a production process and the shortening of a production time are achieved. SOLUTION: The bittern-containing drinking water having improved flavor is produced by adding a solution of a natural mineral group, an oligosaccharide and a perfume to drinking water containing a bittern solution as a main component in raw water, giving ultrasonic vibration energy to the resultant drinking water to reduce dissolved gas components, and sealing the obtained drinking water in a hermetic container immediately.
