Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing frozen dessert having a mix feeder as a valve structure formed by small man-hour and number of parts and inexpensively producible. SOLUTION: The mix feeder 1 has a seal member 30 in a position separating the area of the perimeter of an inner cylinder 20 superimposed on an outer cylinder hole 11 from an inner cylinder hole 21, in a condition of closing a mix feeding passage to a cylinder without superimposing the outer cylinder hole 11 and the inner cylinder hole 21 on each other. As a result of this, the mix feeder 1 dropping no mix onto the cylinder is formed by a small number of parts so as to realize making cost low and simplification of disassembly cleaning operation.
