LASER BEAM GENERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam generator maintaining a stable optical resonating state. SOLUTION: The laser beam generator has a laser beam source, a phase modulator phase-modulating laser beams, and a mirror group. The laser beam generator further has an optical resonator having an adjusting element adjusting the place of one mirror in the mirror group, and a wavelength changing element changing the wavelength of laser beams reflected by the mirror group into a specified wavelength. Laser beams are phase-modulated by the phase modulator by the mirror group, the wavelength of reflected beams is converted into the specified wavelength by the wavelength changing element, and laser beams are emitted in a high order. The laser beam generator further has a control-signal generating section generating a signal controlling the adjusting element, so that the resonating length of the optical resonator reaches a specified length on the basis of laser beams emitted from the optical resonator; and a signal generating means for generating a specified signal on the basis of an offset-component detector detecting the offset component of laser beams emitted from the optical resonator, and the offset component detected by the offset-component detecting section. The laser beam generator further has an adder adding the signal generated by the signal generating means to a control signal generated by the control-signal generating section.
