Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell having high moldability and high strength, while satisfying performance required for conductivity, and to provide a fuel cell. SOLUTION: This separator for a fuel cell is composed by molding a composition containing conductive material powder, a thermosetting resin and a carbon fiber. The separator for a fuel cell is characterized by that the average particle diameter of the conductive material powder is 250-600 μm; the thermosetting resin is in liquid form at 25°C; and the average fiber length of the carbon fiber is 20-1,000 μm.
