Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for mainly performing support of early construction of an initial system, prevention of medical accidents due to the occurrence of earthquake and previous action corresponding to emergency by utilizing real-time earthquake information. SOLUTION: A medical disaster reducing apparatus capable of receiving real-time earthquake information distributed from the Meteorological Agency or the like is installed in each medical institution such as a hospital. The receiving/calculating apparatus includes also a function of calculating a value corresponding to measured seismic and arrival time of a main wave and a function of suppressing the notification of a small earthquake to participants. A display device for displaying the value corresponding to the measured seismic and the arrival time of the main wave and a medical participant simultaneous calling device for simultaneously calling medical participants are arranged in each of an operation room, a nurse station, a sickroom, and so on.
