Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial discharge sensor with simplification and weight-saving for its structure, and to provide gas insulated electrical equipment having the same. SOLUTION: The gas insulated electrical equipment comprises the partial discharge sensor, a high-voltage conductor, supported by an insulating support in an insulated gas-filled metal container, and a gas-insulated bus equipped with a handhole section, containing a hollow placed in the metal container. This partial discharge sensor comprises composed of an insulating substrate, a conductive thin film integrally-combined with or adhered to the insulating substrate, a terminal electrically connected to the conductive thin film, a conductor electrically connecting the terminal with the conductive thin film, and a flange supporting the insulating substrate.
