HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL COMPOSITE TILE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating material composite tile capable of dispensing with filling of a joint in construction, having no problem on the deterioration in a heat insulating material and reduction in heat insulating performance thereby. SOLUTION: This heat insulating material composite tile 10 has a tile body 1 having a hollow part 1A, and the heat insulating material 2 foamed and molded in this hollow part 1A. A rubber cap 4 as a closing body for closing an opening part, is arranged in the opening part of the hollow part 1A of an end surface of the tile body 1. This rubber cap 4 has a main plate part 4A having a peripheral edge part overlapping with the end surface of the tile body 1, and a projecting part 4B projected from this main plate part 4A and fitted in the hollow part 1A, and is stably installed on both end surfaces of the tile body 1 by fitting the projecting part 4B to the hollow part 1A of the tile body 1.
