STRUCTURE FOR RECEIVING FALLING RAINWATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for receiving falling rainwater, which can effectively suppress the scattering of the rain water falling from a section of an edge of eaves, without being provided with an eaves gutter, and which enhances the designability of the edge of the eaves. SOLUTION: This structure 10 for receiving the falling rainwater, which is provided at the section 13 of the edge of the eaves of a residential building 11, is subjected to the collision of the rainwater flowing down on a sloped roof 12, so as to guide the rainwater downward. The structure for receiving the falling rainwater comprises a plurality of overhanging support members 15 which are mounted in the state of overhanging forward from the edge 13a of the eaves along a pitch of the roof, and a tie plate-like flashing plate 14 which is supported and fixed to the support member 15, so as to be arranged on a surface, where a flashing surface 14a can cross an extension of the pitch of the roof, at an interval between the flashing surface 14a and the edge 13a of the eaves.
