Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which produces from an aqueous latex of rubbery polymer particles an aggregate containing the rubbery polymer particles from which impurities have been removed, continuously for a long time with a stable particle size regardless of the size of the aggregate and also produces efficiently a dispersion formed by dispersing its dried powders, or the rubbery polymer particles, into an organic solvent, and to provide a method for manufacturing simply and efficiently a resin composition which has well-dispersed rubbery polymer particles and little impurities. SOLUTION: The continuous manufacturing method of the purified rubbery polymer particles comprises supplying a mixture (C), which is obtained by mixing the aqueous latex of the rubbery polymer particles (A) with a partly water-soluble organic solvent (B), and water (D) continuously into a stirring vessel, mixing and bringing them into contact, producing the aggregate (F) of the rubbery polymer particles (A) containing the organic solvent (B) in the water phase (E), and then isolating the aggregate (F) continuously. In the method the stirring vessel is characterized by being positioned aslant or in that the outlet for recovery has an upwardly slanted structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
