Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of suppressing noise in a heating mode due to a hot gas heater function by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: In the heating mode directly leading a flow of coolant discharged from a compressor 10 into an evaporator 18, if the pressure of the coolant led into the evaporator 18 becomes not less than a first predetermined value, in order to stop the compressor only during predetermined time, the number of stopping is counted from operation start of the compressor 10. In case that the number of stopping exceeds a predetermined number, a second predetermined value is set in stead of the first predetermined value. In addition to an effect capable of suppressing the generation of noise, a secondary effect capable of improving heating performance in the heating mode can be expected. Namely, the pressure of the coolant switching a normal operation mode to a low output operation mode at the time of operation start can be increased, so that start-up of the heating performance can be made fast.
