Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip unlikely to generate an asperity at the corner part and free of a drop of the sealing effect owing to a decrease in the width at the corner part caused by a hollow seal part and provide a method of manufacturing the weather strip. SOLUTION: The weather strip 30 in a ring shape is to be installed at an opening in a sun roof of an automobile so as to assume approximately a trapezoid and seal the area between a lid 13 and an opening in the body 1, wherein the longer edge part 31a, diagonal edge parts 31b and 31c, and a longer edge side corner part 33 and a shorter edge part 31d to connect the longer edge part 31a with the diagonal edge parts 31b and 31c are embodied as an extruded molding having the hollow seal part 14c, while a shorter edge side corner part 37 to connect the diagonal edge parts 31b and 31c with the shorter edge part 31d is formed as a die molded part 41, and all hollow seal parts of the longer edge side corner part 33 and the shorter edge side corner part 37 are filled with stopping 35 and 39.
