Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a man-machine work system by which an operating area of a device and that of a human can be clearly set, and the device and the human can efficiently advance work together in a common area without restricting the motion of the human by that of the device. SOLUTION: The device 1, which executes work such as transportation, mounting, and machining of a component 3, and a worker 5 coexist in a common area in the man-machine work system. The system is provided with three transmitters 18a, 18b, and 18c attached to the worker 5, receivers 20a, 20b, and 20c attached to the device 1 corresponding to the transmitters 18a, 18b, and 18c, a position detecting means 21, which detects a position of the worker 5 to the device 1 by executing arithmetic processing to output signals of the receivers 20a, 20b, and 20c, and an operating area setting means 22 which sets the operating area 19 of the worker 5 by executing arithmetic processing to an output signal of the position detecting means 21.
