SUPPORT DEVICE AND STORAGE STAND OF THIN TYPE DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device of a thin type display device, capable of adjusting the position and direction of the thin type display device so that a user can easily look at the display device by supporting the thin type display device in the direction of hanging on the inner side of a storage stand, and capable of moving/sliding the thin type display device when not used by rotating the display device upward; and the storage stand with the support device. SOLUTION: The thin type display device, such as a thin type display of a personal computer or DVD device or a thin type TV set, is supported in the hanging posture to a rail 4 mounted on the lower surface of a top plate 2a or shelf board of the storage stand via an arm 6 in such a way as can travel in the front/rear directions. The arm 6 has a lateral rotating part permitting the adjustment of the thin type display device to turn in the cross direction, and a vertical rotating part for tilting the thin type display or thin type TV set in the vertical rotation direction and maintaining a prescribed tilt.
