Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper having excellent operatability at the time of wearing, and having excellent fittability relative to the individual difference according to the body shapes of wearers and by which excellent fittability around the legs of wide range of wearers can be obtained. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 has waist band portions 10, 10 in both the sides of a rear portion in a longitudinal direction, and flap portions 20, 20 in both the sides of a front portion in the longitudinal direction, and can be worn by securing a front portion B to the waist band portions 10 by a diaper fixing portions 21 after connecting the left and right waist band portions by band fixing portions 11, and has expandable portions 12, 22 expanding in the peripheral direction of the body of the wearer in the waist band portions 10 and the flap portions 20 respectively.
