Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seasoning liquid given with favorable flavor and taste of soy sauce and favorable flavor and taste of potherb at the time of cooking so as to reproduce taste of Chinese noodle specialty shop and united with soy sauce, meat extract, potherb and edible oil and fat. SOLUTION: The mixture of the seasoning liquid and oil and fat is obtained by heating a solution containing soy sauce and meat extract, adding edible oil and fat to the product to form the oil and fat layer on the solution and keeping the product for 2-8 h at 90-95°C.
