Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit incorporating an A/D conversion circuit capable of avoiding increase in the number of external terminals and increase in the chip size. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with a first reference voltage generating circuit 21a for generating a first reference voltage and a second reference voltage generating circuit 21c for generating a second reference voltage used for a local A/D conversion circuit 15, the first and second reference voltage generating circuits are provided as circuits in common to a reference voltage generating circuit for generating the first reference voltage and a reference voltage generating circuit for generating the second reference voltage used by local D/A conversion circuits 17, 18, and a capacitive element Ca0 for stabilizing the generated reference voltage is connected between an output terminal of the first reference voltage generating circuit 21a and an output terminal of the second reference voltage generating circuit 21c.
