Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building and a hot water supply system capable of effectively utilizing hot water generated by a fuel cell by supplying hot water to a water supply pipe. SOLUTION: The building is equipped with the fuel cell; a hot water tank storing hot water generated at the fuel cell; a thermo-valve maintaining temperature of the supplied hot water in a prescribed temperature; and a control part supplying cold water when an amount of heat of the hot water stored in the hot water tank is not larger than a prescribed value, and supplying hot water with a temperature set in advance when an amount of heat of the hot water stored in the hot water tank exceeds the prescribed value, when water is required.
