QUALITY CONTROL DEVICE AND QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange quality defects and countermeasures from the standpoint of quality control so as to allow easy input without depending on the creativity of a person who inputs information and to register the input information in a way that makes the information easy to utilize afterwards. SOLUTION: A quality control device includes an input means for selectively inputting elements of classification information (e.g., 4M) and countermeasure information (e.g., 5W1H) about quality defects, which elements are selected from candidates for the elements of classification information and countermeasure information, all of the elements being hierarchically associated with one another and stored in a master database 50 in advance; a registration means for registering the quality defects and the selectively inputted elements of classification information and countermeasure information in a countermeasure result database 60 while associating them with each other; and a totalizing/analysis means for totalizing and analyzing the quality defects registered in the countermeasure result database, while using the classification information and countermeasure information as keys.
