PILE HEAD PROCESSING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE PILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head processing construction method for removing and processing a defective concrete part generated in a pile head of a cast-in-place concrete pile in a state of being statically near to no-noise and no-vibration. SOLUTION: Curing materials 6 isolated from concrete are installed on respective pile main reinforcements 2a, and a pile reinforcement 2 is built up in a pile hole 1 excavated in the ground, and the cast-in-place concrete pile 3 is constructed by placing the concrete. After hardening the concrete, the ground 4 is excavated up to a position for exposing the defective concrete part B. A substantially horizontal cut 5 is formed up to a depth without damaging the pile main reinforcements 2a in a lower limit corresponding part C of the defective concrete part B. A plurality of pile head processing materials 7 constituted as a thin plate-shaped hydraulic jack are distributed and pushed in the circumferential direction in a clearance of the cut 5, and inlet valves 7a of the respective pile head treatment materials 7 are connected to a pipe 8 of a fluid pump 10. The pile head processing materials 7 are expanded by sending high pressure fluids into the pile head processing materials 7 by operating the pump 10, and the defective concrete of the pile head is crushed and removed.
