Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular non-woven fabric formed as the tubular form from a sheet-formed non-woven fabric, capable of widening an application range of forms such as materials without capable of interlacing fibers, etc., and surely forming as tubular form, and a device for producing the same. SOLUTION: This tubular non-woven fabric obtained by forming the sheet-formed non-woven fabric containing a thermoplastic substance is provided by facing both end surfaces of the sheet-formed non-woven fabric each other, heating the faced position with a heating means for welding each other to form as the tubular form.
