Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition for manufacturing a centrifugally molded hardened body having excellent development of steam curing strength, centrifugal moldability and super high strength, the centrifugally molded hardened body having excellently smooth inner wall surface and super high strength obtained by using the hydraulic composition and a method of producing the centrifugally molded hardened body having excellently smooth inner wall surface and super high strength. SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition for the centrifugally molded hardened body contains powder such as cement, aggregate, dispersant and water. The centrifugal molding is carried out under a specific centrifugal molding condition with the use of the hydraulic composition having a one day steam curing strength test value of 100 N/mm2and a specific initial slump value under a specific water/powder weight ratio and the specific quantity of powder.
