Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric-element driving circuit capable of realizing a further higher-integration and miniaturization because of a level converter not being required, and the driving method of a piezoelectric ink-jet head using the circuit. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element driving circuit forms a first circuit C1 by connecting a resistance R1 to a piezoelectric element PE in series between a power supply VP and a ground EA. A second circuit C2 is formed from lines branched between the resistance R1 and the piezoelectric element PE of the first circuit C1, reaching the ground through a switching element TR. The piezoelectric ink-jet head is made to be driven by a pulling-knocking method using the piezoelectric-element driving circuit. Thereby, dots are formed on the paper. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
