BLANKET WASHING DEVICE IN OFF-SET ROTARY PRINTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket washing device in an off-set rotary printing machine, which can remove useless matters such as ink and paper dust left behind on a blanket cylinder. SOLUTION: In a washing mechanism for removing the wipingly remaining ink and paper dust left behind on the surface of the blanket cylinder in an off-set rotary printing machine, this blanket washing device in the off-set rotary machine has a rotatable roll, which rotates simultaneously with the blanket cylinder at the washing of the blanket of the off-set rotary printing machine, after being slidingly contacted with a washing textile at the contact position of a pressure pad and removing the wipingly remaining ink and the paper dust with a take-up roll and also locates at a position playing a role for giving a tension to the washing textile, and a washing piping having a washing process, in which the wiping off of the ink with a mixed water of solvent and water and the removal of foreign matter such as the paper dust can be exchanged.
