Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform pressure form rolling of a good tooth profile without burr-in on the outer peripheral surface of an object. SOLUTION: The tops of rolling teeth in the normal form-rolling part 10 are arranged on a non-inclined plane. The tops of the form-rolling teeth in the inlet form-rolling part 8 are arranged on an inclined plane which is inclined to the bottom side in the direction toward the inlet side from the non-inclined plane. The distance P10 between the center lines of the form-rolling teeth in the normal form-rolling part 10 is set to (a). The distance between the center lines of the e-th form-rolling tooth from the inlet in the inlet form-rolling part 8 is set longer toward the inlet side in accordance with deviation distance (b) between the non-inclined plane and the inclined plane at the inlet and set to a+2b(d-e+1)π/(cd) (Where, (c) is the number of rolled grooves to be form-rolled on the object and (d) is the number of the form-rolled teeth in the inlet form-rolling part).
