Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an industrially advantageous cured coating film, by which the cured coating film having sufficient strengths can be obtained within a short time by the use of a crosslinking promoter that exerts an excellent effect in promotion of crosslinking, when the cured coating film is produced by crosslinking an aqueous resin with a carbodiimide, or the like. SOLUTION: When the cured coating film is produced by crosslinking the aqueous resin having a group that can be converted into an active hydrogen-containing group by the action of a proton within a molecule using a crosslinking agent that reacts with the active hydrogen of the above active-hydrogen-containing group, the crosslinking promoter comprising a water-soluble triazine compound that can react with water to generate a proton is used in the production method.
