PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 2-stage folding mechanism folding left and right extended implements by a shallow angle for selecting the working width and folding by a deep angle to make them more compact in housing them by constituting the agricultural implement attached with a tractor and working in a wide width as divided into 3. SOLUTION: This agricultural implement provided by installing its longitudinal directional part on the rear part of a tractor as freely lifting up and down, constituting the implement parts extending to left and right both sides relative to the central part from the central part as foldable to the central part side, and capable of switching a form of working only with the central part by folding the left and right implement parts relative to the central part in back surface side and a form of working with the central part and any of the left and right implement parts relative to the central part by folding any of the left and right implement parts is provided by installing an intermediate arm for the implement parts extending to the left and right both sides from the central part as mediating and installing a folding mechanism of the shallow angle setting and equipped with a first rotational shaft and a folding mechanism of the deep angle setting and equipped with a second rotational shaft on the arm.
