Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for synchronizing between devices without providing a wired circuit between the devices. SOLUTION: A frequency component is extracted from a signal of an AC source (S404), the frequency component of the signal extracted is multiplied into a fixed frequency (S405/406), and the frequency of the multiplied signal is divided into a frequency of a reference clock (S407). A phase of a divided frequency of the reference clock is corrected (S408), the corrected reference clock is output (S409), and synchronization processing of a frame predetermined is performed (S410).
