Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a public radio LAN device capable of conspicuously displaying the service area of a hot-spot service while being harmonized with a peripheral landscape. SOLUTION: A hot-spot display means 2 is harmonized with a sign 20 by an information display means 3 for the sign as a conspicuous substance by integrally assembling the hot-spot display means 2 to the sign 20 with various information means 3 as shown in Fig. The service area of the hot-spot service can be displayed conspicuously while being harmonized with the peripheral landscape.
