PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processor capable of realizing high precision video comparison in a system transmitting a video image through a communication line having a band varying with time by extracting the video parameters at a first time, decompressing the compression data at a second time prestored such that the video parameters at the second time match the video parameters at the first time, and then comparing the video information at the first time with the video information at the second time when the video parameters matched each other. SOLUTION: A video decoding section 4b generates newest video image by decompressing compressed data, a resolution extracting section 4e extracts resolution information from the compressed data, a comparison video image generating section 4f generates a past video image by decompressing compressed data in the past stored at a storage section 4d such that the resolution coincides with that of the extracted compression data, a video image comparing section 4c determines difference video image data by comparing the newest video image with a past image, and a video image difference analyzing section 4g generates a difference video image by generating difference stage information L based on the difference video image data and distributes it to an analysis terminal 5.
