Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems, wherein in a structure of a conventional organic LED element, the concentration of the dopant material in a light-emitting layer is considered to should be as low as 1% to 2 % which does not lower the light emitting efficiency caused by a concentration quenching, however, controlling the dopant concentration at low doping concentrations is difficult to reflect the variations in the dopant concentration about the variations in the charactristics of the element. SOLUTION: The light-emitting layer of the organic LED element is formed by a mixture of a Zn(SAPH) expressed by Formula 5 or a Zn(SATP) expressed by Formula 8, or a mixture of one of the Zn(SAPH) or Zn(SATP) as a dopant material of α wt% (0 |
