Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air electrode material powder allowing miniaturization of an air electrode structure for realizing high performance of an air electrode of a solid oxide fuel cell. SOLUTION: This air electrode material powder is perovskite composite oxide powder expressed by general formula ABO3where A comprises one or more kinds of elements selected from a group of La and rare-earth elements and one or more kinds of elements selected from a group of Sr, Ca and Ba, and B comprises one or more kinds of elements selected from a group of Mn, Co, Fe, Ni and Cu. In the air electrode material powder, the average particle diameter is not greater than 1 μm and the width of particle size distribution is limited within a predetermined range.
