MONITOR AND MONITORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use monitor not needing to memorize a code number, and having an easy use method to allow even a small child to use it, and to provide a monitoring method. SOLUTION: This monitor comprises: a detection means 2 detecting identification information stored in an RFID 1 from the RFID 1 present within a prescribed range in a non-contact state; a registration means 4 registering the identification information in the middle of the detection by the detection means 2 into a memory 5 when a registration instruction means 3 is operated; an abnormality detection means 6 transmitting an abnormality signal when detecting an abnormal state; and a control means 7 generating an alarm when the detection means 2 does not detect the identification information already registered in the memory 5 when receiving the abnormality signal from the abnormality detection means 6.
