SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR RISK MUTUAL AID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk mutual aid system capable of diversifying risks among enterprises having risks in the same direction as well as enterprises having risks in a reverse direction. SOLUTION: The risk mutual aid system comprises a weather risk calculation means 11 for calculating weather risks of each enterprise in which weather changes during a certain period in a year cause changes of earnings, a securities portfolio preparation means 12 for preparing a portfolio of securities issued by each enterprise in response to an allocation ratio of securities for each enterprise in which risks after diversifying risks are minimized when the weather risk of the enterprise with the smallest weather risk is an upper limit on the basis of this weather risk, and a transfer money calculation means 17 for calculating an amount of transferred money for each enterprise after the lapse of certain period. The weather risk calculation means 11 calculates a specific rate of fluctuated risks for business earnings caused by the weather changes of each enterprise as weather risks on the basis of past business results data of each enterprise and weather data for a business area of each enterprise.
