INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and effectively inform each employee of accident and disaster information and enhance the level of recognition or understanding for this information. SOLUTION: This information management system includes an accident information input means for inputting predetermined accident information into a database (server); a distribution means for distributing communication information (email) about the confirmation of the contents of the inputted accident information to each required information terminal; a confirmation information accepting means for accepting confirmation information from each information terminal indicating that the contents of the accident information have been confirmed; and a display control means for causing the accident information (basic information display part 110, detailed information display part 120) inputted by the accident information input means to be displayed within a confirmed document form (content confirmation screen 100) displayed on each information terminal and for causing each list of confirmation information (confirmation status display part 130) accepted by the confirmation information accepting means to be displayed.
