Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective liquid crystal display device in which a defective position in a liquid crystal display panel is easily located, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the reflective liquid crystal display device having: first and second substrates placed opposite to each other; a liquid crystal sealed in between the first and second substrates; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the first substrate; and a resist film which is formed under the pixel electrode and whose surface is ion-implanted, metal patterns indicating addresses are formed under the resist film.
