Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing the simultaneous quantitative analysis of a liquid to be examined, which contains seven components, that is, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, epsilon-aminocaproic acid, neostigmine methylsulfate, tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride, ketothiophene fumarate and chlorophenilamine malate at the same time, by high speed liquid chromatography in order to reduce the time and labor required in analysis. SOLUTION: A mobile phase containing the liquid to be examined containing the seven components at the same time is introduced into a column filled with an octadecylsilane coupled silica gel and the eluate, which is eluted from the column filled with the octadecylsilane coupled silica gel, into which the liquid to be examined is introduced, is introduced into the cation exchange column directly connected to the column filled with the octadecylsilane coupled silica gel as a mobile phase to detect the component contained in the eluate eluted from the cation exchange column.
