Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a detection result outputted in every integrated circuit for monitoring a battery voltage used in a relation connected in series with a required number and stacked therewith, without bringing cost-up. SOLUTION: A VSS of the integrated circuit 1 is connected to a VDD of the integrated circuit 2, and an SOUT of the integrated circuit 1 is connected to an REFU of the integrated circuit 2 via a resistance type potential dividing circuits R1, R2, between the integrated circuit 1, 2 for monitoring eight battery cells B1-B8 connected in series, a potential dividing output end A is connected to an SIN of the integrated circuit 2, and a VSS of the integrated circuit 2 is connected to a VSS of a controller 3. The integrated circuit 1 converts a detection signal into a level corresponding to either of a Vref or the VSS, to be output to the SOUT. The integrated circuit 2 reads the superordinate detection signal in, by conducting ON/OFF operation of a transistor Q3 in response to a voltage level of the potential dividing output end A.
