Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism of a jacket lifting tool device capable of lifting a jacket even if a sufficient working space is not secured in the air, and realizing high workability, decrease in danger, reduction in working time and work reliability. SOLUTION: This jacket lifting tool device includes a hanging hook of a floating crane formed with a block part and a twist lock pin consisting of a rotatable shaft and a jacket constituted of a framework consisting of vertical and lateral columns and beams. Moreover, the jacket lifting tool device is constituted of a receiving base arranged on the top end of a jacket column and a connecting hole of a planar projection shape in the block part of the twist lock pin opening in the receiving base.
