Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking tool for a micro-tube capable of quickly, accurately, and individually extracting a specific micro-tube from a tube rack in which micro-tubes are arranged and stored in matrix form. SOLUTION: The picking tool for a micro-tube is composed so as to have a claw part unit 120 with a gripping diameter D smaller than the outer diameter of a micro-tube MT, which has a plurality of claws 121 and holds the micro-tube MT by elastic force, a cylindrical body part unit 140, which is coupled with the claw part unit and grasped by a worker, and an extruding bar 160 which is inserted to the body part unit, pushes back the micro-tube held by the claw part unit in a state of being pushed into the body part unit, and releases a held state of the micro-tube.
