Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for growing a healthy seedling of cultured laver having high functionality, a method for producing an alga-like laver rich in nutrient and a health food material produced by using the alga-like laver. SOLUTION: A healthy seedling of cultured laver is grown by immersing a laver net in a laver growth promoting liquid produced by mixing a liquid obtained by dissolving 40 g of concentrated Panax ginseng extract in 3 liter of warm water with 150 g of EM-X ceramic powder defoaming agent and a liquid produced by diluting 20 liter of an amino acid formulated resin liquid with 40 liter of negative ion activated water. An alga-like laver is produced by activating the leaf body of the laver cultured by the growing method with a negative ion seawater, chopping the laver and drying under stirring in a rotary drying drum.
