Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bean curd refuse tea beverage having mild taste, and more effective on relief of constipation. SOLUTION: The bean curd refuse tea beverage is obtained by adding dietary fiber to extracted liquid from roasted bean curd refuse so as to be effective on relief of constipation. The dietary fiber comprises at least one kind of cellulose, chitin, glucomannan, alginic acid, dextrin hard to digest, or oligosaccharide hard to digest.
