FLEXIBLE CULTURE BAG AND ANAEROBIC CULTURE TEST APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible culture bag which can easily be treated, does not increase or decrease the inner pressure and does not change culture environments, even when a sample is injected or extracted, always enables the extraction of a sample from the bas at the atmospheric pressure during culture, little has a risk of outer air infiltration, simply enables the agitation of the content, enables a simple divided injection operation in an absolutely anaerobic state without needing a skill, and does therefore not require labors and a long time for a culture test. SOLUTION: This flexible culture bag 10 is characterized by comprising a bag-like body 12 for receiving a liquid containing nutrition sources therein, a sealable cocked injection sleeve 14 attached to the bag-like body 12, and a packing-having seal stopper 16 into or from which a liquid-injecting or sucking needle-like pipe can air-tightly inserted or pulled out.
