PHOTOGRAPHING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct multi-view point and perfectly synchronized photographing using a large number of photographing units. SOLUTION: The picture display apparatus is composed of a plurality of photographing units so placed as to surround one object 1, a control PC 30 and a plurality of image acquiring PCs connected a plurality of photographing units 10, a synchronizing signal generator connected to the PC for transmitting photographing timing signals for the plurality of photographing units 10, and a display for showing taken images. The control PC transmits a photograph start signal, and the image acquiring PCs 31 receives the photograph start signal from the control PC and acquire images from the plurality of photographing units connected to the individual PCs according to the photograph timing signal transmitted from the synchronizing signal generator 40 upon receipt of the photograph start signal. The apparatus accumulates them in a memory provided in the control PC, collects all the taken images accumulated in the individual image acquiring PCs in a large-capacity memory of the control PC, and shows one image on the display at any timing with an any view point by switching using the collected images.
