Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of making a light-emitting face emit light uniformly, by applying a simple design on a reflection sheet. SOLUTION: The lighting device is provided with a light source part 1, a reflection plate reflecting light from the light source part 1, a plate-like light guide body guiding light reflected by the reflection plate, a reflection body 5 fitted at underside of the light guide body for reflecting upward the light irradiated from the underside of the light guide body, and a light control member 6 fitted at a top face side of the light guide body for transmitting and converting the light irradiated from the top face of the light guide body. The reflection body 5 is equipped with a plurality of projection parts extended from the light source part side toward an opposite side, and the cross section of the projection part is formed so as to have slanted faces forming projection part.
